SCREEN PRINTING
We screen print up to 10 colors per location on various fabrics including cotton jersey, cotton-poly blends, organic cotton, canvas twill, fleece and more. We can modify the ink characteristics and deposit to give you the look and feel that you desire.
DISCHARGE
Discharge is a process of printing a transparent ink that deactivates the dye in 100% cotton fabric, effectively “bleaching” the area where it is printed. We often use this as an “underbase” on dark garments when you want to print light colors, yet want the final print to be very soft.
WATERBASE
Water-based printing yields the softest of prints. By using these pigments with discharge inks we can get a very soft print on dark garments as well.
FOIL
We screen print your design with a special adhesive and apply a thin foil to those areas. This results in a very shiny metallic print in silver, gold, copper or various other metallic colors.
PRIVATE LABEL
We can relabel your garments by removing the manufacturer's tag and printing or stitching in your label. There is a minimum of 144 pieces. We offer relabel on garments printed by Forward Printing.
