Why screen printing?

Screen printing in the most common way to get your custom design printed on t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, onesies and more. If the garment can be laid flat, there is a good chance it can be screen printed.

Screen printing can be done with a variety of different ink types based on the composition of the substrate (fabric, paper, vinyl, etc). Most garments are printed with either plastisol or waterbased inks. We choose to use waterbase whenever possible due to it's distinct advantages. . .

Whywaterbase?

Water-based inks don't just sit on top of your garment - they become part of it. You may be used to those thick plastic prints that stick to your skin during the summer. Annoying. Go waterbase.

By using water-soluble inks, we achieve unparalleled softness and comfort. You will get breathable designs that don't slow you down and give your garments that retail ready look like you might see at high-end boutiques.

Choose quality

This process turns out stunningly crisp, detailed reproductions of your artwork that feel like they've always been part of the garment, but this is a process that is a hands-on human affair. We keep a close eye on every print to make sure that we are delivering nothing but quality work.

We're committed to achieving your desired outcome. We work closely with you from the selection of the garments to the preparation of the artwork. From ink mixing and printing to curing, our team is on the case.

Fabric matters

Like any printing process, there are nuances to be aware of to make sure your expectations are aligned with the realities of how this ink interacts with fabric. While our water-based inks work wonders on various fabrics, they truly shine on 100% cotton and many 50/50 blends now yield surprisingly vibrant results.

Some fabric dyes (like kelly green, royal blue, and purple) may resist the water-based discharge process. Different brands will use diverse dye formulations, often even varying by country of origin. These differences can produce varying levels of vibrancy. Work with us to choose the ideal garment for your expected results.
